Objective

The goal of the project was to improve the website’s usability and navigation, making key information easier to find for different user groups and strengthening the brand’s visual presentation. The work also included updating core identity assets to support clearer communication.

Outcomes

Outcomes

30% less time users spent searching for information on the site thanks to the intuitive design.

A 25% decrease in the number of support questions received thanks to the improved FAQ.

Increased the number of spontaneous candidates by 15%.

Conducted a kickoff to clarify the technical requirements and define the business needs of the project.

Ran UX research, benchmarking and analysed best-practices.

Redesigned the multi-page website from end-to-end (wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs).
